JOE KIMBERLING represents private equity sponsors, borrowers, and issuers in leveraged finance transactions and corporate financing matters, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition financing.
Joe helps clients navigate a broad spectrum of debt capital structures and financing matters, including:

He has an established track record of successfully executing market-leading transactions within the European and U.S. leveraged finance markets, having worked in London, New York, and Washington, D.C.
