Mr. Silver has negotiated collective bargaining agreements that have resulted in significant cost savings and increased operational flexibility that allows employers to competitively compete in the marketplace. Jason’s involvement in union organizing campaigns, union vulnerability assessments, and active practice before the National Labor Relations Board demonstrates that he can provide clients with the advice strategy needed to face both day-to-day and long-term matters.
