Position
Cameron Clark is a partner in Proskauer’s Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group.
Cameron advises a wide variety of emerging and large fund managers on the formation and ongoing operation of credit, hedge and private equity funds, as well as complex hybrid and evergreen funds.
Cameron regularly counsels sponsors on fund formation and marketing, upper-tier arrangements, asset manager M&A, co-investment arrangements, seed transactions, treaty structures, funds-of-one, managed accounts, restructurings and internal governances and compensation arrangements as well as various regulatory issues.
Cameron also advises institutional investors regarding their investments in private funds.
