  • Successfully obtained a reversal of an order denying a plea to the jurisdiction filed on behalf of Harris County. The case arises from a lawsuit Pulice Construction, Inc. (“Pulice”) initiated against Harris County related to two construction contracts for work in connection with the Sam Houston Tollway.
  • On remand from the Texas Supreme Court (“SCOT”), a $4.68+ million judgment has been entered on a Brazoria County jury’s award for private individuals, as well as entities they operate, in an ongoing condemnation dispute with HSC Pipeline Partnership LP (“HSC”), a subsidiary of Enterprise Product Partners.
