Diego has over 20 years of experience in tax law; he currently leads the Tax and Customs Area at BUSTAMANTE FABARA as a Partner.

Diego has extensive experience in matters related to his area of practice, such as providing assistance in determination processes and representing clients in administrative claims before the internal, sectional, and customs tax authorities. He also handles tax litigation before the Tax Litigation Court, the Fiscal Chamber of the National Court of Justice, and extraordinary protection actions before the Constitutional Court.

Additionally, Diego provides comprehensive corporate and personal advisory services on topics such as tax planning, corporate restructuring, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general tax advice.
