Nick has 20 years of experience in the emerging markets and spent five years as a partner in the Moscow office of his previous firm. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nick was a partner in the corporate practice of another leading international law firm. He has advised clients on complex cross-border transactions around the globe. Key clients include Telefónica Spain, O2, China Telecom and Virgin Connect.
