Bruce is head of the firm’s international finance practice. He advises both lenders and borrowers on banking and finance transactions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, trade finance, asset-backed lending, private placements and asset finance.
