Peter Edworthy specialises in international arbitration conducted under all of the major rules. He has acted as counsel and advocate in a broad range of disputes, with a strong focus on cases relating to energy, construction, infrastructure and telecoms projects. Peter also has considerable experience in High Court and Court of Appeal litigation and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, adjudication and expert determination.
