Norton Rose Fulbright provides support in corporate tax structuring and finance transactions to a global client base active across a diverse range of sectors. Dominic Stuttaford, who is global head of tax within the firm, co-leads the London tax group alongside Matthew Hodkin. Stuttaford is highly active in international tax matters, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of M&A. Hodkin has strength in the transport, renewable energy, and sport sectors. Also key are Michael Alliston and Julia Lloyd, whose focus is the real estate sector. Fareed Muhammed joined the team from Milbank in November 2023.
