As well as acting for many of the largest and most active investment managers on European deals, the firm’s busy CLO practice also advises prominent investment banks acting as arrangers. In fact, CLOs account for around 70% of the work of James Warbey
‘s team, in which the ‘especially user-friendly‘ Claire Bridcut is a standout practitioner. Although the firm lost John Goldfinch to A&O Shearman, clients note that the team remains ‘very solution-focused and commercial‘.
