Emma Hogwood specialises in complex commercial dispute resolution. She has extensive experience of high value litigation before the English Courts, international arbitration, mediation and the resolution of investigations before regulatory authorities. Emma has acted in a broad range of domestic and international commercial matters, including disputes relating to technology, outsourcing and communications, competition/antitrust, infrastructure projects, banking and civil fraud. She also acted in one of the largest technology and communications cases to come before the English Courts.
