Felix U. Ganzer advises issuers, private equity investors and investment banks on IPOs (including dual track transactions, SPACs and de-SPACs), rights offerings and block trades. His practice encompasses the full range of capital markets compliance matters (e.g., ad-hoc publicity, insider trading, and managers’ transactions).

Felix also has extensive experience in public takeovers (including exchange offers and cross-border deals) as well as private M&A transactions. In addition, he regularly advises on a wide range of complex corporate law and corporate governance topics, including in connection with shareholders’ meetings.
