Position
With a focus on complex business transactions, Greg regularly works with private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity restructurings, and divestitures. He has structured, negotiated and closed many transactions within a variety of industries.
Greg is a co-head of the Firm’s Private Equity Practice Group and co-head of the Chicago Office’s Transactions Practice Group.
