Pablo Puente is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of securitization and structured finance. Pablo has represented issuers, sponsors and underwriters in public and private offerings of securities in domestic and cross-border transactions.
