Admitted to the Paris Bar, Patrick Teboul is a partner in the Banking & Finance and Real Estate practices of the Paris office.
Patrick acts both for leading funds and banks in connection with all type of financings (unitranche, all senior facilities, senior/mezzanine and super-senior facilities in the context of high yield bonds).
His practice is more specifically focused on leverage financing and distressed debt financing (including recognised practice in real estate restructuring). He also advises credit establishments in connection with structured and real estate financing transactions.
