Admitted to the Paris Bar, Maud Bischoff is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice of the Paris office.

Maud acts for leading funds, group of companies and banks in connection with all type of financings (unitranche, all senior facilities, senior/mezzanine and super-senior facilities in the context of high yield bonds) in relation to domestic and cross-border leveraged acquisition and real estate assets. She is also involved in debt restructuring transactions of all size.

Mayer Brown strong team has a strong repute among leading private equity firms and private debt providers for the financing of mid to large LBO acquisitions, while also regularly assisting private equity firm’s portfolio companies with the setting up of corporate financing and refinancing deals (notably through debt bond, unitranche and RCF facilities). The range of expertise also encompasses some real estate financing work and some debt restructuring. Patrick Teboul  leads the practice, with Maud Bischoff being the second key member. They are supported by counsels  Marion Minard and Constance Bouchet while a team from AYACHE, led by Alain Levy, joins early 2025, adding further strength in the private equity helm.
