Admitted to the Paris Bar, Laurent Borey is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Tax practice and is also member of the team leading the Mayer Brown Investment Fund Group. He previously served as one of the firm’s Tax practice leaders.

Laurent is one of France’s leading lawyers on private equity matters (fund structuring and transaction) for his work representing private equity sponsors and his vast experience in the structuring of large, complex, cross-border M&A transactions.
