Admitted to the Paris Bar, Sébastien Delaunay is a partner in the Employment & Benefits practice of the Mayer Brown Paris office.
Sébastien is in charge of the employee stock purchase plans practice. He advises public and private companies, on the structuring and implementation of employee stock purchase plans, in France and on international perimeter, particularly in the context of an IPO or a privatization.
Hence Sébastien has been advising a large number of French groups for the last 15 years with regard to setting up of a large variety of employees shareholding plans including standard offers, with leverage, matching contribution, free share allocation, through a FCPE, in or out of an employee savings plan. He also advises companies on governance matters, setting up of employee and shareholder employee representatives in the management bodies, and in the restructuring of employee savings scheme.
