Drew Levin is an insurance counseling and recovery partner in the Los Angeles office.
Drew advises on a broad array of insurance issues, with extensive experience negotiating all forms of transactional insurance policies, including representations and warranties policies, non-US warranties and indemnities policies, tax risk, and other specific liability policies, and pursuing claims under those policies on behalf of Latham’s policyholder clients.
Drew has negotiated hundreds of transactional insurance policies, and provided transactional insurance-related and other insurance advice across a wide array of industries, including:
