Position
Raghav Bajaj leads clients at all stages of contested proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Raghav leverages his sophisticated understanding of the technology underlying his clients’ businesses to represent both petitioners and patent owners in:
