Christopher Yu is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Christopher’s practice focuses on equity derivatives and equity-linked products, including convertible notes and related derivative overlays, structured share repurchase transactions, hedging and monetization transactions, and margin loans and other equity-based financing transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Christopher practiced for a number of years in the financial products group of another major New York-based law firm.
