Reza Mojtabaee-Zamani is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Reza is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department with a focus on equity derivatives and equity-linked products, including convertible notes and related equity derivatives, structured share repurchase transactions, hedging and monetization transactions, and margin loans and other equity-based finance transactions.
