Jonathan Link is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office. He is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and International Trade Commission (ITC) Patent Litigation Practices.

Mr. Link has extensive litigation experience representing both patentees and defendants in the ITC. He provides strategic counseling on intellectual property issues and often represents clients before the US Patent Trial and Appeals Board, including in inter partes review proceedings. He has represented several Fortune 100 companies, as well as numerous small businesses in federal court, state court, the ITC and the USPTO. Mr. Link’s experience spans a wide range of technologies and scientific disciplines, including computer software, semiconductor processing and circuits, electronic auctions, voice over internet protocol (VoIP) communications and telecommunications systems. He is recognized as one of “The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners” for litigation and ITC litigation by Intellectual Asset Management 2017.
