Brandon R. Anderson

Brandon Anderson is the Deputy Office Managing Partner of the Chicago office and a member of the Finance Department, focusing his practice on leveraged finance. Since joining the firm, Mr. Anderson has represented financial institutions, as well as corporate borrowers and private equity funds, in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on senior secured lending, recapitalizations and acquisition financings. Mr. Anderson has experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting US and international secured and unsecured lending transactions, including working capital financing, asset-based financing and debtor-in-possession financing.
