Position

Benjamin Han is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.

Mr. Han assists in the representation of leading Japanese and multinational companies on a variety of intellectual property and commercial matters, including:

    • Intellectual property licensing, sale, and other transactions
    • Joint development, joint venture, strategic alliance, and outsourcing arrangements
    • Product manufacturing, supply, and distribution arrangements

Mr. Han has assisted in the representation of clients in a variety of industries, including companies in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Han was an associate at a leading international law firm in Tokyo.
