Position
Miranda Means is a partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on litigation and counseling in the fields of copyright, trade secret, trademark, right of publicity, art, internet and advertising law. She represents clients on matters implicating a range of media (social media, video games, fine art, sports, music, film) and technologies (artificial intelligence, computer software, consumer electronics). Miranda has been recognized for her work by American Lawyer, which named her as a “Litigator of the Week” in connection with her work on the first AI copyright fair use case in United States legal history.
