Position
Mathan Navaratnam is a Fund Finance partner in the firm’s London office.
He has extensive experience advising banks and fund managers regarding cross-border debt financing solutions and structures involving various types of investment funds, including private equity secondary, real estate, credit and fund of funds.
Mr. Navaratnam’s experience spans the entire range of fund finance products (including capital call lines, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, GP and executive support facilities and secondary leverage products) provided via a number of different structures, including framework and umbrella facilities. He has advised on some of the largest European fund finance transactions to date.
