Vincent has represented clients (both owners and contractors) on disputes related to some of the world’s most iconic infrastructure and energy projects built during his 30 years of practice. Vincent has over 30 years’ experience advising in connection with major energy, infrastructure and construction projects, focusing on contract strategies, project management (as project counsel) and dispute resolution (arbitration, ADR and litigation).

Mr. Rowan has appeared as counsel in many international arbitrations, including those conducted on an ad hoc basis or under the auspices of the leading arbitral institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, DIAC, DIFC, HKIAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, CRCICA, ADCCAC.
