Chris Arnold has more than 20 years of experience advising the world’s leading investment banks, financial institutions, end users, trustees, service providers, and industry groups on complex cross-border transactions, regulatory issues, and disputes in structured finance, derivatives, and capital markets.

Chris’s transactional practice covers OTC (over-the-counter) and exchange-traded derivatives, repos, securities lending, margin loans, structured products, and other risk transfer instruments linked to rates, currencies, corporate and sovereign credit, equities, commodities, funds, insurance risks, strategic indices, digital assets, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) goals. He also advises on UK, European, and U.S. regulation of derivatives markets and legal risk management, including distressed situations and dispute resolution.
