Saoirse O’Reilly’s practice concentrates on international commercial litigation and arbitration. She has been recognized as a “Leading Associate”, “one to watch”, and a “Key Lawyer” in these fields by The Legal 500, which also describes her as “a rising star” and a “partner in the making”.

Saoirse’s clients span from international corporations, private equity firms, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and are spread across various sectors including hospitality and leisure, aerospace, technology and financial services.

Saoirse’s experience, whilst in litigation, where she regularly advises on high-stakes contractual disputes involving warranties, guarantees, and contractual negotiations and terminations, is unique, as she also regularly advises on non-contentious matters, where she regularly provides pre-litigation advice and advice on commercial contracts, including franchise and operating agreements.

Saoirse has also spent time seconded to the commercial legal team at Boeing, where she worked on various corporate and commercial matters. She is currently acting for an aviation company in a dispute regarding a performance guarantee valued at more than £50 million. Saoirse also works closely with the Firm’s business restructuring & reorganization team, advising on contentious matters with a financial angle, such as the high-profile dispute between Sanjeev Gupta and AIP.
