Career

Francesco Squerzoni advises banks and direct lenders as well as borrowers in investment and development projects in acquisition and real estate financings. He also works for originators, arrangers and investors in structured finance transactions, including public and private securitizations, domestic and multijurisdictional trade finance, and acquisitions of nonperforming loan portfolios (NPL). In addition, his experience includes regulatory aspects of lending and investment fund industry, as well as debt restructurings. Francesco teaches a banking and finance course as part of the market and companies law program at the University of Bergamo.
