Career
Marta Delgado Echevarría has extensive experience in antitrust and intellectual property law and is recognized as a leading lawyer by clients and legal directories alike. She has over 25 years’ experience advising foreign and domestic clients in a wide range of industries on all aspects of antitrust law, including international arbitration, M&A, cartels, abuse of a dominant position, commercial agreements, licensing, state aids and unfair competition. Marta also represents clients in technology related matters and life sciences, as well as in trade secrets, copyright, trademark and patent rights matters. She is a member of the Academic Council and Board of Professors of the Master’s in European Union Law at University Carlos III of Madrid. Marta is the Partner in charge of the Madrid office.
