Javier Muñoz Méndez has in-depth technical and comprehensive knowledge of the Spanish real estate market. For almost 20 years, Javier has represented domestic and international investors in all stages of real estate market matters (e.g., development, construction, investment/divestment, fund formation, project development, leasing, etc.), offering tailor-made solutions for the most complex transactions in Spain in all major real estate sectors, such as residential, hospitality, retail, industrial/logistics, data centres, offices, energy and infrastructure. Recently, Javier has advised top international investors on the most significant real estate transactions in terms of size and complexity in the residential sector in Spain.
