Career
Ivan’s practice consists of representing venture backed technology companies at every stage from two founders with a deck to publicly traded companies. Ivan got started in the early days of the dotcom boom, and he has helped clients navigate through thousands of financings and exit transactions through every boom and bust cycle since. His goal is to leverage that experience for every client — whether it’s their first startup or their tenth — to give creative, pragmatic and cost effective advice. Ivan is also the leader of the firm’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices.
Ivan serves on the General Counsel Advisory Board of the National Venture Capital Association.
