Career
Jamie Hutchinson is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity group, as well as a member of its Technology and FinTech practices. Mr. Hutchinson has extensive experience advising private equity, growth equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and later stage growth equity financings. Mr. Hutchinson has considerable expertise in structuring and executing secondary sales and other private liquidity programs for private company shareholders and their investors.
Mr. Hutchinson served on the firm’s Executive Committee and currently serves on the Incubator, Hiring and Professional Development committees.
