Gemma Roberts is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and co-chair of the London office. Gemma specializes in representing private equity sponsors and private companies in leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures. She has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, complex carve-outs and representing senior executives in corporate transactions as well as undertaking corporate and commercial advisory work for a broad range of corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies. Gemma works with clients in industries ranging from software, technology, financial and business services, to food and consumer products.
