Career
Philip Spilberg is a counsel in the Goodwin’s Business Law department, and a member of its Private Equity group and Private Investment Funds practice.
Philip has specialised experience in the structuring, formation and fundraising of regulated and unregulated Luxembourg investment funds in the field of alternative investments across a variety of asset classes, with a particular focus on private equity and real estate funds, as well as co-investment vehicles and other vehicles outside of the AIFMD scope.
Philip has also developed a deep knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework pertaining to alternative investment funds and their managers and regularly advises asset managers on AIFMD-related matters.
