Ben Yeoh is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice based in the firm’s London office.
Ben acts for private equity, venture, infrastructure, and real estate fund managers on the structuring, establishment, operation, and fundraising of private investment funds and advises investors on their fund investments. Ben also advises on co-investments, separate managed account arrangements, GP-led restructurings, spin-outs, and carry and co-investment schemes.
Ben is recognized as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500.
