Annabel Loose is an associate in Goodwin’s Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. Annabel has experience advising businesses on all aspects of privacy compliance. She assists clients in the design and implementation of data protection compliance programs driven by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In particular, her practice has included preparing privacy policies, data processing agreements and internal data protection policy documents and advising on cross-border data transfers, IT security, the handling of personal data breaches and direct marketing. Annabel also has expertise in M&A and capital markets transactions, advising on privacy, data protection and cybersecurity aspects.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Annabel has worked at other international law firms in both Brussels and London, where she worked on intellectual property and commercial matters.

In addition to English, Annabel speaks Dutch, French and German.
