Career
Adam Thatcher is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups. Adam advises growth companies and investors on a broad range of corporate matters, through every stage of the corporate life cycle, with a particular focus on venture capital financings and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Adam was a senior associate at Taylor Wessing LLP.
