Jacqueline Eaves is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity and Private Investment Funds groups. She focuses her practice on complex business transactions in the private funds secondary market, including traditional portfolio sales, preferred equity, and GP-led transactions. Jacqueline also has extensive experience on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate advisory matters.
