Allyson N. Ho is a partner in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and co-chair of the Firm’s nationwide Appellate and Constitutional Law practice group. Widely regarded as one of the nation’s most accomplished appellate litigators, Allyson has presented over 65 oral arguments in federal and state courts nationwide, including multiple high-stakes cases on behalf of business before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Texas Supreme Court.

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP‘s appellate practice is highly specialized in presenting arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state courts nationwide. Leadership is shared between Washington, D.C.-based Thomas Dupree, who draws on previous experience acting as Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General and has argued over 100 appeals in the federal courts; Dallas-based Allyson Ho; and Los Angeles-based Julian Poon. Dupree recently represented Union Pacific Railroad Company in a Seventh Circuit appeal involving commuter rail service in Chicago; Ho led a team in successfully representing Truck Insurance Exchange at the U.S. Supreme Court. Poon, for his part, led a team that succeeded in obtaining a post-trial victory in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Farmers Insurance Exchange and Farmers Group.
