Seasoned real estate experts Eric Feuerstein and Jesse Sharf jointly lead the practice from New York (NY) and Los Angeles respectively. Feuerstein is highly experienced in joint ventures, lending transactions and debt purchases while Sharf is renowned for his expertise in workouts, syndications, and construction and mezzanine lending. who recently worked on a major financing of logistic facilities for lead lender Goldman Sachs. The NY office houses Noam Haberman who represents banks and funds as both borrowers and lenders, focusing on the origination, purchase, and sale of the full breadth of loan types. In NY, syndicated, securitized, and single-lender loans are a mainstay of Aaron Beim’s practice while Krystyna Blakeslee, who joined from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in 2024, concentrates on major commercial real estate transactions and Eric Meer proficiently navigates construction and development-related transactions.
