Krevitt focuses on high-stakes patent litigation spanning wireless technologies, ANDA litigation, telecommunications hardware and semiconductors. The ‘compelling and persuasive’ Jane Love specialises in pharmaceutical and biotechnology patents, with extensive experience in Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA cases. Brian Rosenthal, who clients laud as ‘one of the best trial lawyers’ observed in court, is another key tech patent litigator, with particular success at the Court of Appeals. Additionally, in Washington DC, Brian Buroker brings well-rounded experience in different patents, spanning the medical device, pharma and high-tech sectors.
