Philip J. Boeckman is a partner in Cravath’s Corporate Department and serves as Managing Partner of the Firm’s London office and Co-Head of the Capital Markets Practice for EMEA.  His general corporate practice covers capital markets, including IPOs, rights issuances and other equity offerings, U.S. listings and high‑yield bridge, bond and other leveraged financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

S high yield note offerings by Bellis Acquisition Company plc and Bellis Finco to finance the acquisition of ASDA, the third-largest grocery retailer in the UK. Philip Boeckman leads the practice and has spent more than 20 years in London advising on capital markets transactions including high yield bridge, bond and other leveraged finance transactions. Alyssa Capleshas very strong technical knowledge and takes a sensible commercial approach‘ and European counsel Margaret Rallings is an emerging talent in cross-border high-yield debt and equity offerings, and M&A deals.

Philip Boeckman leads the capital markets practice, George Stephanakis is co-head of the EMEA capital markets practice and he recently advised Richemont on its $600m in private convertible notes issued by Farfetch.
