An accomplished antitrust lawyer with extensive experience in both civil and criminal antitrust litigation and investigations, Mr. Finch previously served in the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Antitrust Division as Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Acting Assistant Attorney General.
