In addition to securities and derivative matters, he has substantial experience in antitrust matters, bankruptcy proceedings and general commercial litigation. Mr. Slifkin also represents clients in regulatory investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and European Union.
