Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s non-contentious construction team is lauded for ‘excellent industry knowledge’, and it is active across a wide range of international mandates, providing very strong advice on cross-border real estate and infrastructure developments. The team is also well equipped to handle major commercial redevelopments.  Team head Gareth Stringer is advising the Crown Estate on procurement strategies and documentation for a portfolio of lands and holdings, while global practice head of real estate Nazir Dewji is active in advising international private equity firms on their UK real estate developments. Kimberly Roberts advises national public sector clients on major EPC contracts in the energy sector. Promoted to partner in January 2024, the ‘exceptionally capable’ Christopher Skone James is another key member of the team, handling cross-border developments in the retail sector.
