Avneet is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions group.  Avneet graduated cum laude from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. During law school, she was a member of both the Thurston Society and the Honor Society. She also served as a Fellow for Professor Aaron Rappaport’s Criminal Law classes and was the Co-Articles and Co-Acquisitions Editor for the Hastings Communication & Entertainment Law Journal. In her last year of law school, Avneet was a student associate for the Startup Legal Garage Program. Additionally, she received the CALI Award in both the Remedies and Advanced Legal Research courses. She first joined the firm as a summer associate in the firm’s San Francisco office.
