Career

Jonathan Pruitt is an Associate in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance Practice Group. He advises public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and corporate reorganizations. His clients operate across a range of industries including health care, financial services, private equity, technology and real estate.

Mr. Pruitt first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in the Corporate group in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Legal Intern for the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Gator TeamChild Clinic.

Mr. Pruitt received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2018. He also received his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2015.
